After School Clubs

Extra-curricular Clubs
Spring 2023
Happy New Year!
Spring term clubs are available for all children - Reception to Year 6.
Spring term clubs will begin the week beginning 9th January 2023 and the last session will be the week beginning 20th March 2023. There will be no clubs the last week of the spring term (week beginning 27th March 2023).

After school clubs led by school staff run from straight after school and finish at 4pm.

Some clubs are restricted to numbers and age groups - so please check before signing up that your child is in the year group that the club is being offered to. Clubs are inclusive to all. If you wish to discuss your child's needs at any of the clubs please contact the member of staff running the club and/or Miss Berry.

We also offer after school clubs run by external providers.
Please check when booking school run clubs that you are not doubling up with the same day and time for external clubs.

Please submit your choices by Friday 6th January 2023 - 9am.  Children will come home on Friday with a slip detailing which clubs they have been allocated a space in.

If we have more children wanting to do a certain club than we have spaces for, we will either run the club in blocks (if appropriate) or draw the names out of a hat and ensure children not allocated a place are placed on a waiting list for th club and allocated a space later if others drop out.

All children to be collected from school led after school clubs from the main school office.

Autumn 2022

Autumn term clubs are available for Godolphin (Y1/2), Trencrom (Y3/4) and Tregonning (Y5/6) Classes.
In the spring term, Carn Brea children are invited to join in with clubs - we find that Reception children are just too tired in the autumn term as they adjust to school life.

Autumn term clubs will begin the week beginning 12th September and the last session will be the week beginning 5th December. There will be no clubs the last week of the autumn term (week beginning 12th December).

If we have more children wanting to do a certain club than we have spaces for, we will 'draw the names out of a hat'.  We will endeavour to make this as fair as possible and if children do not get a place in a certain club, we will add them to a waiting list in case others drop out.

Collect children from all after school clubs at the main office.
